About ReBake
ReBake is a Swedish manufacturer of electric vehicles and mobile cargo tools. Designed and engineered in Stockholm, our products are built around everyday needs.
We believe in electric mobility. After more than a decade in the industry, we’ve seen what works, what doesn’t and what still stops people from making the switch.
We started ReBake with a blank sheet and years of experience across product development, manufacturing, supply chains and sales. We’re putting those lessons to work, building vehicles we want to use ourselves and rethinking what it takes to develop, produce, sell and own them.
ReBake develops robust electric vehicles built to carry the future of transportation.
Our growing range of mobile cargo tools is built around everyday needs, solving the problems that stand in the way of greener, lighter and smarter urban transportation.
The product
The Abler is our first model, an electric utility bike developed from scratch for everyday urban transportation.
It comes in two versions: the Abler45 moped and the Abler80 light motorcycle. Both share the same frame platform, with comfort, room for a passenger, proper cargo capability and easy charging at the centre of the design.
The Abler45 has a top speed of 45 km/h and is classified as an EU moped, L1e-B, equivalent to a 50cc moped.
The Abler80 reaches speeds above 80 km/h and is classified as an EU light motorcycle, L3e-A1, equivalent to a 125cc light motorcycle.
We developed the design, engineering and manufacturing approach together. Proven components, established manufacturing methods and experienced partners help us keep complexity and costs down while focusing on quality, durability and service.
There are hundreds of smaller decisions behind that combination.
The Abler is built around more than the ride to work. Bringing someone along. Carrying your stuff. Charging where it works for you.
Its exposed 42 mm aluminium round-tube frame gives you places to attach cargo solutions and accessories directly. The batteries are removable, and the setup can change as your needs do. We built the platform so you can make it yours.
The Abler’s frame and components are dimensioned like those found on heavier, faster bikes. We’ve built in capacity beyond the demands of ordinary commuting because the bike is also designed to carry passengers and cargo, day after day.
For you, that means a robust vehicle designed for a long service life, with less wear over time and straightforward maintenance. We want a bike people can depend on for years.
Yes. Cargo can be carried up front, at the rear, across the frame, on the battery lid or through the side rails. The cargo areas are part of the bike from the beginning.
Bolt it. Strap it. Clamp it. The 42 mm round-tube frame lets you attach your own racks, boxes, bags and other accessories using suitable mounts.
Cargo Plates and other accessories are purchased separately through your retailer. Always follow the specified load limits and fitting instructions.
Yes. The Abler is designed with room for a rider and a passenger. The same passenger rules and load limits apply as for other vehicles in its category in your country.
Yes. The Abler uses identical, removable batteries that can be charged in the bike or taken out and charged separately.
The Abler45 comes with one battery as standard, and the Abler80 comes with two. With one battery fitted, the second slot becomes extra storage space.
We use lithium iron phosphate, or LFP, a type of lithium-ion battery chemistry chosen for its long cycle life and thermal stability. The focus is longevity, safety and dependable everyday use.
