This website presents the ReBake brand and our products, provides technical and ownership information, and allows you to submit enquiries. It is not a point of sale.

ReBake does not sell vehicles, spare parts, or accessories directly to customers through this website. All sales are concluded through authorised ReBake distributors and retailers. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create a contract of sale between you and ReBake.

Where you submit an enquiry, we will pass it to the authorised partner responsible for your market, who will contact you and with whom any subsequent contract of sale will be concluded. That contract is between you and that partner, and is governed by their terms.

3. Enquiries and forms

When you submit an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping the information you provide up to date. We may decline to act on, or may disregard, any enquiry that appears to contain false, incomplete, or misleading information, or that is submitted for a purpose other than the one the form is intended for.

We aim to respond to enquiries and to route them to the relevant partner within a reasonable time. We do not guarantee a response within any particular period, and we do not guarantee that a partner is available in your market. Where no partner has been appointed in your market, we will retain your enquiry and contact you when that changes.

•   You are responsible for holding the driving licence category required in your market for the vehicle class concerned.

•   You are responsible for registration, insurance, and any other legal requirement applicable where the vehicle is used.

•   You are responsible for using appropriate protective equipment and for riding in accordance with applicable traffic law.

•   You must not modify the vehicle, its software, its battery, or its electrical system in any way that affects its safety, its emissions or noise characteristics, its speed limitation, or its type approval.

Vehicle classifications and licence requirements stated on this website are provided as general information and may not reflect the position in every market or at every time. You must confirm the requirements applicable to you before purchase and before use.

8. Intellectual property

Purchase, delivery, warranty, and service obligations in respect of a vehicle arise under the contract between you and the authorised partner from whom you purchase, and under the ReBake warranty terms supplied with the vehicle, not under these Terms.

12. Warranty

ReBake vehicles are supplied with a warranty, the terms, scope, conditions, and exclusions of which are set out in the warranty documentation provided with the vehicle and confirmed by the authorised partner at the point of sale. That documentation governs. Statements about warranty on this website are summaries and do not vary the warranty terms.

Warranty claims are handled by the authorised partner from whom the vehicle was purchased.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, industrial action, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, failure of utilities or transport networks, regulatory action, and failures of third-party suppliers or service providers.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you access it is the version that applies. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of it.

Any dispute not otherwise resolved shall be submitted to the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, subject to any mandatory rule of jurisdiction applicable to consumers.
